Praying. Praying. Always Praying!

Moses replied, “When I have gone out of the city, I will spread out my hands in prayer to the Lord. The thunder will stop and there will be no more hail, so you may know that the earth is the Lord’s. Exodus 9:29

If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.” Matthew 21:22

They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Acts 2:42

Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. Romans 12:12

And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people. Ephesians 6:18

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. Philippians 4:6

Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful. Colossians 4:2

I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— 1 Timothy 2:1

Is anyone among you in trouble? Let them pray. Is anyone happy? Let them sing songs of praise. James 5:13

And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven. James 5:15

Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective. James 5:16

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Hebrews 13:8

He has never stopped being God. He never surrendered his power. He is alive and is the God of the living. He will not be chained down by our lack of faith, but we will see how awesome are his works when we again open our hearts to who he is today.

He is still God. Let us cry out to him believing what a mighty God we serve!
